Hi,
Can I use Cisco ACS for bandwidth Management? the scenario here is that the user dial in to a network and authenticated using Username and Password. if the authentication success can i add attribute to assign the user a specific bandwidth.

No,, all we can set is Limit each user of this group to X hours of online time Y.
And
Limit each user of this group to X sessions.

You can manage bandwidth base on WLC.
you need to use radius attribute 026/14179/011.
