ACS Lockout using External AD

Hi Cisco Support,

Lan to Lan user account thru AD lock out policy is working but connecting to WIFI Access > ACS as raduis and > external AD is not working. Is there any configuration that we need to adjust on ACS side?

ACS Version 5.6.0.22

The error message states invalid credentials were entered (seen at the bottom of radius_details_3.jpg), so that's why the user was not allowed access.
