ACS problem " runtime configuration changes will not take effect"

Hi everyone,

Our acs produce the following message recently:

"Configuration management could not translate configuration change, runtime configuration changes will not take effect"

The code id is 31106, I don't see any resolution for this issue until now, who could help me?

Did you manage to fix this? Our ACS has started doing the same this week and is not correctly assigning privileges to users

Hi Daniel,

This error is commonly seen when you have used a non supported browser ( like Chrome or Safari) to perform configuration changes.

This issue should be solved by reloading the server.
