ACS User updates using CSV file

We have ACS 5.7. Recently upgraded from 5.4. We have migrated the users from our 4.2 ACS successfully. However, The Description field says Migrated Internal User for all users. I am trying to move the users "real names" into that field so we can search by the users name. I am using the template with the header information both the downloaded template and the header from the export file. I am just trying three users to see if I can update with the real name in the description field. I keep getting a failure is follows.

Please refresh the table to see the changes.

A bug report says this is due to a colon in the import. The only colons are there from the export which is the group identity. I tried importing without that information and still get an error.

 

Any ideas?
