Active Directory External DB using LDAP in ACS

Is it possible to setup an Active Directory external database on the ACS server using the "Generic LDAP" type? Or do I have to configure it as a "Windows DB" type?

I am using PEAP authentication, and have it all working great, just having trouble setting up the external database.

I am running ACS 3.2.3, aironet Access Points, and Win2000 Domain Controllers.

As far as I know, you cannot use extnl database on ACS server using Gen Ldap type
