advanced Licnece

Customer have ISE version 1.2 and have BASE and advanced licence but he need to upgrade to version 3.0 so the customer can install the advanced licence after the upgrade to  version (3.0).

Sorry but what is the question?

ISE 2.0 is the latest release by the way - not 3.0.

An Advanced license from 1.2 will be interpreted as Plus and Apex licenses together in 2.0.

I agree with Marvin!  ANY ADVANCED licenses that the you have today on ISE 1.2 will migrate into Base,Plus & APEX license on ISE 2.0. Even if you upgrade the current ISE environment this applies and will resume the term of those licenses. You can read more about it here: ISE 2.0 License
