Im trying ISE on VMserver.

any functional difference between Small, Medium, Large in the ISE VM?

All functions and features operate the same on all sizes of the VMs and appliances. The only difference is that the performance and scale depends on the number of active endpoints:

Functionality wise no changes on VM and a Appliance.
