Some similar cases have been resolved by hard booting, reattempting install, and downloading new image and restarting install. If working with one VM or instance and not another, then as suggested, check VM settings. You may also want to try OVA.

I believe that error is typically caused by some sort of database corruption. If this is a fresh install, I would suggest first checking the following:
- Check the MD5/SHA hash to ensure there's no file corruption in the ISO you're using.
- Verify that the VM is being built with the supported specs according to the Virtual Machine Requirements section of the Installation Guide for your specific version.
