Assign Static IP address with VPN3030 and ACS 3.2

I can't seem to work this out. I have tried putting an IP address in "Assign static IP address" and in IETF Radius -> Login-IP-Host with no luck.
Any ideas?

You have to configure the 3030 to allow the ACS to allocate the IP address.
Look under Configuration/Address Management/Assignment and check the box "Use address from Authentication Server"
Make sure that you also select your normal method of IP address allocation ie Use address pools/use dhcp or however you allocate addresses.

I have both Use Address from Auth Serer and Use DHCP set on that page. However the IP address given always seems to be from DHCP regardless of what is set in the ACS User record...
