Authentication failure for polycom pano

Hi,

i created a MAB authentication policy in ISE v2.3 for Polycom Pano. I also configured an authorization policy as below.

Inside the logical profile, i included ' Polycom', and 'Vizio-Device' profiling policies. So, when the Pano tried to access the network, the traffic matches the authentication policy, but it doesn't hit the authorization policy in the capture above. Instead, it takes the Default which is 'deny access'

Am i missing something with profiling policies ?

Take the phones mac address and look it up on this page. See if the profile is listed as polycom, or something else. It will be listed beside "Endpoint Profile".

Thanks for your reply. I checked with the MAC and it's not referenced.

Is it possible the fact that only the profiling policy [Polycom] is set without the sub-library related to IP conference, may be the problem?

That polycom pano is also a share content delivery.
