Hi 

i need to make AuthiZ Wireless 802.1x policy to allow only specific user`s which aleady in identity Group and the user`s come from android and IOS phones only , can anyone tell me how ?

What exactly are you asking?  What is the EAP method? What MDM are you using to manage mobile devices?

First use profile 

Then use profile in authz policy.
