bandwidth management attributes

please i know which attributes that support it by Cisco,i can use it to limit the bandwidth [bandwidth control or management ] for the users !!

Sounds like you need QoS. AFAIK you have to define the QoS policy on the device and then the AAA server can (per user) assign the desired policy
