can i get into router when aaa server is down

I am using aaa authorization but when the aaa srver goes down I lose access to the router.Can this be fixed ?

It depends how you configured the aaa, if you didn't put local or none after group radius/tacacs authentication for login, like,

aaa authentication login default RADIUS local, then you're going to have do the password recovery.
