Cannot access NAC Server web console

Dear all,
I have a HA NAC Server and a HA NAC Manager. Everything is already setup, user can login to NAC Agent normally. But i cannot access web GUI of NAC Server from all segment ip address except from NAC Manager segment. I have set management VLAN ID in NAC Server according to the network. There is no firewall in my network. Does anybody have any idea?

Hello Bryan,
If both the ActiveX and Java applet Web Agent download and install methods fail, the user sees a notification screen and is presented with a Windows dialog informing the user that Cisco NAC Web Agent login failed
Please make sure that you have allows the ActiveX control to install the Web Agent files or acknowledges the Java certificate security warning and chooses to accept the Java applet contents, the Web Agent installer goes to work installing the Web Agent executable and all required ancillary files in a temporary directory con the client machine (like C:\Temp\, for example) and the browser window displays a "Downloading Cisco NAC Web Agent”

Thanks for your reply. I'm trying to access NAC server administration web page, not the user web page.
Do you have any idea?
