Captive portal between ISE and WLC

Hello guys,

I build a captive portal on Cisco ISE for Guest coming via Wireless.

The portal is displayed but when user try to authenticate with his credential, the authentication failed. And the report said that the user account is not yet actived.

How to activate the account.

Can you share your portal and guest accounts?
How did you create accounts?
Have you checked the timezone of the location you authorized in your portal?
