my users are logging to our network using acs2.6 tacacs+ with authentication from our windows domain authentication,can they change their password of their login after login remotely using ras connection ??if so How it will be.

Cisco has a product called UCP (User Changable Password) to do this, BUT, only for the users that have their accounts on the ACS database.

Hi,
UCP will not work for domain password change. So, for your problem, the solution is to client authentication agent (CAA). Please, refer to the following links -
