Cisco ACS 5.3 login fails

Hello there,

I'm having troubles with a virtualized Cisco ACS 5.3 (on a vcenter)

When i try to log in, the password is accepted, but brings me back to a login prompt

It's not a password related problem, as if I use a wrong password, i'm told the login is incorrect

I've tried to reboot the ACS in order to restart all services, same behaviour

When i try to log in through SSH,

Last login: Tue Nov 14 09:55:48 2017
Problem with the parser file.

 Error mapping main parse tree...
Connection to xxx closed.

Any clue on what happens / how can I get my login back ?

Hi, Sadly no, the last option i had was to restore a full VM backup, in order to have it work again.
