Cisco ISE 2.7 & Cisco prime 3.7

Dears ;

I recently upgrade cisco ise to 2.7 , after that i noticed that in cisco prime 3.7 the ise server is unreachable

i did some research in cisco prime 3.7 for supported Device Matrix for ise is from 1.2 to 2.6 , so i saw the supported Device Matrix cisco prime 3.8 and 3.9  for cisco ise  i got the same cisco ise 1.2 to 2.6

i wonder if they are any solution for that issue

Hi @Nadia Bbz ,

 the docs: Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.7 Release Notes and Cisco Prime Infrastructure 3.8 Release Notes. were updated on Mar 1st, 2020 and Mar 19th, 2020 and Table 1. Supported Device Matrix for Switches, Cisco WLC, MSE, ISE, and AP, looks more like a Copy & Paste to me.

 Are you using the latest patch (for ex.: 3.7.1 U5 or 3.9.1)?

i have cisco prime 3.7.0.0.159 with No Installed Updates , you think that with version 3.7.1 the issue is resolved

 it worth the shot to install the latest update.
