Cisco ISE BYOD Registration Change to Unknown when failover to secondary PSN

Hi Guys,

Cisco ISE 1.3 patch 6

I have 2 PAN and 2 PSN, deploy BYOD setup, on WLC 7.6

when i failover the PSN (change the AAA server at SSID) , endpoint device registration status change to NotRegisted, and BYOD Registered change to unknown.

basically need to run the onboarding process to register the endpoint again and again if failover happen.

any idea why the status will change?

case close... manualy sync the PSN again... somehow resolve.
