Hello guys,
We got a weird issue in our ISE deployment with guest users... When we create a new user (testuser) through the sponsor page this works fine in any AP that is connected to the WLC, but in the part of our WIFI infraestructure that we have with Aerohive , if a new user (testuser2, created in the same sponsor page) and we try to log in, ISE says that the user is disabled. However if I reinstate testuser2 and I try to connect again , in the Aerohive APs, it`s works fine .... It`s only happen in the first log in of the new guest user and only on the part that we got with Aerohive....
Can anybody please help me to understand what is happening ?
Highly regards

Solved.
We change the authentication protocol of Aerohive CWP from MSCHAPv2 to CHAP and the issue got solved. (However MSCHAPv2 was enabled on ISE allowed protocols)
