Cisco ISE How to join Active directory with LDAP Secure Feature enable

Hi All ,
I try to join Active Directory from Cisco ISE but fail and found log below . How to solve this issue and If AD enable secure feature or it is other issue ?

are all the prerequisites met, related to account permissions for join operations, ISE machine account and ports ?
