Cisco ISE - join AD in automation process

We want to schedule an automatic rebuild of a Cisco ISE device with an import backup file. everything works except the join domain  for which it is necessary to connect in GUI.
Is there any other way to do it? CLI, API or others?

Have you looked at the API documentation for active directory? There is a node join call you can make to join a node to an existing AD join point, create an AD connector, join all nodes etc.
