Cisco ISE on VMware Workstation

hi all i tries to install ISE 3.2.0 on VMware workstation OVA Image

with NET Adapter nat or host only 

and always give me this erro , working only if i change the network adpater to bridge and change the ip to bridge

i know how to configure and i already configure many machines as nat and host only and all working , but no

What?  What exactly do you mean?  VM-Ware Workstation is not an officially supported hypervisor so you should not expect it to work correctly.  Also, what type of resources are you assigning the VM?  ISE requires a lot of resources that typically aren't available on a workstation.  Even if you do get it to install and boot your experience will be extremely poor.

Why 3.2?  Why not 3.3 or 3.4?  Also why not just use dCloud?

i know it`s not support , but i see alot of people use it`s in lab , and i just do lab about resource i already have all resouce ise need , why not 3.3 cuz different GUI

 your IP Address / Mask is 192.168.48.100 / 24 and your Def. Gateway is 192.168.40.2 , am I seeing the image correctly ?

 Or you Def. Gateway is 192.168.48.2 or your Mask is /19 ?
