I've just received a pack of brand new Cisco AP 9120AX. When I connect the to my switch, the are not beeing profiled, due to no existing profile in Cisco ISE. We are running Cisco ISE version 2.4.0.357 with patches 3,5,8,9,10,11,12,13.
The Profiler Feed Service is configured for online Subscribtion Update. Even though I can see that it updated yesterday, I've tested the Feed Service Connection - which works. I've also tried the "Update Now". However, I still don't receive any updates for new AP models. How can that be? Is it ment to be, that we should make them ourselves? Don't get me wrong. I like challanges and working with networks, but I really don't get, that there are no profile for APs - even Cisco APs!
