I am planning to implement Cisco ISE in my network environment. we must use for high availability solution for two small Cisco ISE VM nodes .
Question : -

2. In case, use ISE 2.3 SNS -3415-VM_K9 for TACACS+ authentication network devices(Router, switch) in (HA) environment then How many Cisco device Admin (TACACS+) License we need to buy ?
& Be later upgrade to ISE 2.4 then we need require SWSS (Software Technical Support ) or not ?
Thanks,

First off you should be using the 3515 builds for your VMs (or 3595s). If you are running 2.4 you will need two device admin licenses. If you are running 2.3 you need one device admin license. You can upgrade from 2.3 to 2.4, but you should have the support contract to do so.
