Context Visibility Not Working ISE 2.4 Patch 6

We have distributed ISE deployment with 8 nodes(4 PSN, 2 MNT and 2 PAN). After switching PAN and MNT primary node, context visibility stopped working and gives following error message. I have confirmed that PTR records are there for all nodes.

I looked at the other similar posts but they seem to have different problem. 

Does anyone have any ideas?

Recommend that the certs are valid and trusted. Call tac if urgent

The device cert for both admin nodes are issued by our internal certificate authority. The certificate for our internal authority is added to trusted cert list.

I have opened a case with Cisco. Will see what they say. Thank you.
