Officially, this service pack is unsupported, but it needs to run for a while in this configuration before CSACS can be upgraded, to enable an RSA ACE/Server upgrade to take place on the same box.
Looks like you will need SP2 only to run CSACS 2.6. You might have to move back to SP2, run CSACS and then upgrade. Check the release notes for more information.
