CSCwm88083 - ISE 3.3 - Smart License Registration Fails With Error

I'm still not getting my license activated even after working with the 3.3 Patch 5 suggested by TAC.

Has anyone else had this resolved?

As per the defect, if the Smart license registration is failing and the client provisioning resources page is not loading properly, then P5 will fix that issue. Please check the ise-psc.log for further troubleshooting your issue.
