Hi,
I have been facing this "Profiler Queue Size Limit Reached" reached on our Policy nodes which were running with ISE 3.1 Patch 9. I noticed that this was impacting us as endpoints were not added into ISE database due to this and dropping the request.

Alarms: Profiler Queue Size Limit Reached
Description:
The ISE Profiler queue size limit has been reached. This alarm is triggered when incoming packet rate exceeds internal queue capacity. Events received after the queue size limit has been reached will be dropped to maintain system health.
Suggested Actions:
Please check if the system has sufficient resources, and ensure EndPoint attribute filter is enabled ************************************************************************************************************************
Finally, this issue is resolved after installed Patch 10 on our policy nodes
