Delete all guest-users in Cisco ISE 3.1.

Hallo,

We have a bug in our guest-portal that displays a list of SMS-providers even though we only checked one. TAC says the obsolete SMS-provider that we need to remove cant be removed until any guest account that refers to the obsolote one are removed. The problem is that users keep chosing the wrong SMS-provider, thus we cant get it removed. Does anyone know a way to delete all guest-users using the API or portal, so that we can remove the obsolote SMS-provider?

Since you are working with TAC, did they not try to explain how to do that?  I would go back to them and get a process down of what they need you to do step by step.  I would think you can use the API, if you know what you have to do, but I don't know what the impact would be in your environment by deleting all.
