Device Administration for distributed ISE deployment

Hi Team,

This is regarding a customer query and below is the customer network scenario.

Administration Persona node, Monitoring node, PxGrid persona and PSN at Site 1

MnT with Syslog server for redundancy and PSN node at Site 2

Question pertains to if PAN at site 1 goes down, can a monitoring or PxGrid persona can take up Admin role as well? Or it is really recommended to have a secondary admin persona node.

Any help on this would be appreciated!

Recommended to have secondary admin . In mine deployment i have 2 admin nodes . If something goes wrong i just promote secondary to primary .

Correct and you should also make sure that your secondary admin is running same specs as the primary
