We are working on one of the customer's requirements where the customer wants to check the Full Disk Encryption State using Trend Micro Vendor.
When have created a Disk Encryption Condition by selecting Vendor Name as Trend Micro and Product Name as Trend Micro Full Disk Encryption 6.X with Minimum Compliant Module 4.3.2815.6145 and Enable Encryption State with System Location is fully encrypted.
Posture Assessment Result shows the machine as non-compliant and the machine gets quarantined. However, the machine has Trend Micro Full Disk Encryption Agent present and the system disk is fully encrypted.
Any idea how to troubleshoot this issue ?
