Not a known issue. Please work with TAC or PSIRT if you believe a particular ISE release needing evaluated for this.

I took a look at a 2.4 deployment that I'm troubleshooting right now and rds_tcp is not a loaded kernel module. Sounds like it's not loaded in RHEL by default, so probably not implemented in ISE.

ade # modinfo rds_tcp
modinfo: ERROR: Module rds_tcp not found.
