To understand your question, I would like to rephrase it ... you have created a CSR in ISE, and submitted it to Entrust for signing? And I assume in your CSR, you entered various fields such as City, Country etc. - but the certificate you got back from Entrust does not reflect what you had originally entered into the CSR? Please clarify.
It's my understanding that a CA can add details to the certificate - e.g. it can append a SAN entry (e.g. one with a "www." prefix .. ) - but I have never seen a CA mess up any of the data that I have entered into the CSR.
