Error Cisco ISE

Hello,

We have a Cisco ISE with the version 1.3, and We install the license BASE of ISE, send me a error, the error is "Failed Validation, cannot install a base license when a wireless only license is installed "

Can you help me with this error?

You need to remove wireless only license then put the base.

You should've bought a mobility upgrade license.

Not sure about this, but you can 'backup' your current license, delete it, and add the Base license.

If it doesn't work, just put back the old wireless/vpn only license.
