I am having some error when trying to update an expired certificate:
How can I delete an expired certificate?

You can do it one of at least two ways:
1. You can temporarily assign a self-signed certificate in place of the expired one. Then delete the expired one, import the new one and assign it the appropriate usage.
2. You can make the O or OU slightly different in the new certificate. That will allow you to import it without the warning.

You seem to have multiple usages associated to that cert that you want to replace. If that is the case, the way how I workaround this would be by selecting one usage when I import it, say EAP as an example, and then once the new cert is imported I go and edit it and add the remaining usages such as admin, RADIUS DTLS, etc that should be associated to it.
