Hello Cisco Community,
Currently I'm trying to whitelist by importing my dummy MAC address but i got this error below. Here's the example of dummy MAC Address and the Whitelist. I deleted unused collumn, because I only want to test whitelist for specific MAC address at once. Anyone know where should i fix so i can import the file successfully?

  - @kentwirianata    Excell might  be adding a signature EF BB BF that causes  the import to fail.
Try to  use a different editor to make the  CSV

Hello @Mark Elsen ,
Thanks for your reply,
It actually works with CSV, i just need to remove the quotation Mark.

Now i got another problem,
the Case is:
- I added MAC 'A' in ISE
- I didn't add MAC 'B' in ISE

I got message 1 out of 2 success when the system done importing,
MAC A works fine, the problem is MAC B.

MAC B has been whitelisted, but it didn't get authorization policy (this might be because there's no session) also when i tried to remove the whitelist, it didn't get remove (i tried to refresh and reload several times, and still same). in the end i delete MAC B and I tried again but no luck.

Could you please elaborate a bit more on the above? the "WHITELIST_TEST" is just an identity group, if you want to remove a MAC from that identity group it would be enough to open that group in ISE and select the MAC you want to remove, or you can remove the MAC from ISE database from the endpoints dashboard.

Yes, i did selected the mac that i wanted to remove the identity group from endpoint dashboard but it still didn't get removed, and about removing MAC from that identity group, i haven't tried it.

Try that please. Also, when you try to remove the MAC from the endpoint dashboard it might come back if the client is connected to the network. Try again please by disconnecting the client from the network first and then remove the MAC.

I'd say that if you were truely brilliant, you'd have used a spell-checker
