Hi Folks,
I'm finding that guest account expiration emails can't be customized with html in neither 2.0 or 2.1. However, the emails gets sent as HTML files. That means that a simple thing such as new line becomes invisible when the actual email is viewed.
Here's an example email that gets sent when i created a multi-line expiration notification:
<td style="font-family:Arial; font-size:13px">
<p>
Your account is going to expire in 3 days. Please notify your sponsor to extend your account now to avoid any delays.
aaa
aaa
aaa
</td>
Since there's no <br> or <p> between the lines, any HTML viewer joins all those lines into one long sentence.
At this point, I'm just looking for a way to force in a new line character.
Is this a known limitation? Are enhancements planned?
Thanks
