Since the FMC GUI is not really based on "commands" as such, i don't think a classic tacacs command accounting function would be useful. I believe that there is change auditing in FMC already, only it's locally stored on the FMC. The Identity of the person changing something is already able to be authenticated with aaa (ex. ise)
