GW to billing system interaction

Hi all,

It can be a very simple question to answer for somebody, unfortunately not for me now.

I need to organize GW to billing system interactive behaviour for VoIP purposes, i. e. GW should ask billing system if the client has rights to perform a call (has money on its account, the called zone is prohibited for use, etc.) and receive a response from billing system.

I think this relates AAA and it is possible to configure such behaviour on AS5300. The only difficulty is "how?".

The questions are:

1. Can it be performed as I described?

2. Please send me some URLs how it can be configured using Cisco IOS.
