Help with TP Endpoints

Hello,

Having trouble getting some of the Telepresence endpoint moved over the the voice domain. Any ideas?

A CTS-CODEC-SX80, is automatically moved to the voice domain with a vanilla interface that has data and voice vlans configured on it.

CTS-CODEC-C20 or CTS-CODEC-EX60 are not moved to the voice domain.

Please ensure the two models are getting "cisco-av-pair = device-traffic-class=voice" from authorization profile(s). Perhaps, they are not profiled properly as either Cisco IP Phones or Non Cisco IP Phones.
