I developed a WLAN with ISE and WLC. Now I want to have 2 SSIDs in this network that each one has its own MAC-filtering policy. How can do it???

Navid,
Use the SSID name. Add Attribute / Value > Normalized RADIUS > SSID

Thanks Timothy,
I know how to create multiple SSIDs, but I don't know how can create multiple MAC-filtering access assigned to each SSID its own.

What are you trying to accomplish?
In ise authorization rules you can setup a rule
if wireless mab and endpoint identity group X and SSIDX then give permission X
If wireless mab and endpoint identity group Y SSIDY then permission Y

In my world each SSID has its own policy set. As mentioned previously you create an simple authentication to catch each SSID name passed from the controller. You can use the field specified above or I usually use the RADIUS Called Station ID contains "<SSID name>". Then you build two policy sets where each one as the correct SSID authentication simply condition assigned at the top level.
