How to fix the error "Get flow failed java.lang.NullPointerException".

How to fix the error "Get flow failed java.lang.NullPointerException". Before I got this error I try to customize guest portal with html and javascript and it work fine but after that when i click to edit guest portal it has to get flow to show on web interface and i got this error.

The error is somewhat generic so it requires analysis on the debug log and hence TAC cases. One known issue is CSCvc28209.

I don't understand the workaround mentioned in CSCvc28209:

identity overrun property field and set back to default

One case is due to English.properties file field “ui_client_provision_posture_check_non_compliant_message” is extremely large. There might be other situations running into this error so best to have TAC to help debugging.

That hint solved my problem.
The field "key.guest.ui_client_provision_posture_check_non_compliant_message" in the english.properties file was very long, and with crypto-like text.
