Can you elaborate on the issue? Which report and what filters are you using?

I would like to take report all connected endpoints on my network as well as generate report based on different filters like location , identity groups etc

You can go to 'Context Visibility' and change the 'Status' to Connected, which will show you endpoints that are connected at this moment. You can see the # of rows to the right which is the endpoint count. From here you can use other columns to filter based on other attributes.
