I was under the impression that I installed ACS 3.3 on Windows 2003 Server. However, after it was all installed, I went to ACS Admin web page and the only thing that comes up is a blanks screen. I obviously did something wrong be it configuration or whatnot. Can someone point me in the right direction? Also can ACS 3.2 replicate to 3.3? Or does it have to be the same version? Thanks

Does your browser have JAVA configured? Have you tried reinstalling? If neither of these help, you need to contact the TAC. ACS 3.3.1 does work with Windows Server 2003.
As for replication, all Cisco Secure ACSes involved in replication must run the same release of the Cisco Secure ACS software. For example, if the primary Cisco Secure ACS is running Cisco Secure ACS version 3.3, all secondary Cisco Secure ACSes should be running Cisco Secure ACS version 3.3. Because patch releases can introduce significant changes to the CiscoSecure database, we strongly recommend that Cisco Secure ACSes involved in replication use the same patch level, too.

I have executed MSJAVA.exe and that did not seem to do the trick either. It gets to http://127.0.0.1:2002 and shows me a blank web screen. I can get to it from another desktop, but I do not have the default login and password. So I am not sure where the problems lies. Is there a newer version of ACS 3.3? I am working with acs 3.3.1 and all indications show that it would work with Windows 2003 server. Looks like I need to load Windows 2000 server then. Thanks

Try to reduce the level of security in the browser. Tools>Options>Security. Medium High or Medium.

ACS 3.3 is fully supported on Windows 2003.
Was the Server plugged into the network when ACS was installed?
I have seen some similar things happen when the Server was not plugged in during setup and the other conditions that the setup asks you to confirm (like DNS) are not satisfied.
Hope this helps.

if you get a blank page, your security settings on the web browser are not set correctly
go to
Tools\Internet Options\Security\Local intranet\Sites
and then add
I have tried and it works for me.
