Intermittent Internet Users Authentication Issues

We can not get logging window and have to refresh the IE URL several times in order to get the logging prompt for user id and password. We DO NOT KNOW if issue is with our PIX or ACS-TACACS issue.

There is an incompatible version of the Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment installed on the client system.Remove the incompatible JRE from the system, close all browser sessions, and access CiscoWorks Common Services again.Access the login page using http:// :1741/login.html.
