ISE 1.2 - users accounts are getting disabled everyday

Hello Experts,

I have ISE 1.2,  since past 3-days the ISE disables the internal user accounts  automatically.  although i manually enable them in the morning time, but again next day the accounts are disabled auto.

Few of the users accounts remain enabled, but most of them get disabled.  can you please help me why it is happening and how to resolve?

check your password policy for the internal users
