ISE 2.3 email notifications config changes

We are getting email notifications when an Admin user gets added/removed.  This is true of adding/removing network devices.

This is all handled under the Configuration Changed Alarm.

However we are unable to receive email notifications when a network access user gets added/deleted.

Any thoughts on what might be happening ?

Hi @xayxa30  - this is an interesting observation. I would think that Cisco doesn't consider adding an internal user as a "config change". It's just business as usual. But I would hope that someone from the BU could comment on this.
