ISE 2.3 not able import csv endpoint more than 10 row.

Hi All,

 

I've tried to import the endpoint to my ISE from the CSV file and got the problem that I cannot import 

the file with have more than 10 row with the error in attached.

My ISE is version 2.3.0.298 patch 6.

Anyone have experience like this and how to resolve?

Hi,

 

Problem resolved after I've use the text editor to prepare the csv file.

I think the problem came from bug in my excel.

I recommend exporting your existing endpoints first to see which fields are populated and with what data.

Verify the data in your Import CSV matches what you have already configured from the Export CSV.

For example, I don't think you want to put IP_Phone_<MAC> information in the PortalUser.GuestType column so I think you have a mis-match in your columns and data values.
