ISE 2.4 Import new users via CSV

Hello,

I have a doubt in the import process via CSV, I already have the exported template with the current users on the ISE, but I would like to know if I need to add only the new users or should I include the current users as well plus the new users in the template, thanks in advance.

You just need to define the new users.

The import process does not delete the existing users if that is what you are concerned about.
